What you need:

  • Fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 cups of olive oil
  • Bowl 
  • Cheese grater

Preparation:

  1. Wash the ginger thoroughly with water and let it dry
  2. Shred the ginger in a cheese grater
  3. Put the ginger in a bowl and pour the olive oil
  4. Mix the ingredients well
  5. Put it in the oven and heat it in 150 degrees Fahrenheit for at least two hours
